Tracy is a Certified Life Coach and a licensed MFT Intern who is dedicated to ongoing education and training in order to best serve her clients.  She maintains an active, independent coaching practice while continuing to earn hours toward her MFT licensure.
 

As a life coach, Tracy draws upon many disciplines and modalities to expand her coachee’s awareness of self.  She follows her intuition in the moment, and despite her predisposition toward unstructured sessions, she is extremely masterful at creating a safe container for clients while at the same time ensuring that her client’s goals are met.



Tracy is a coach who is dedicated to ongoing education and training. She obtained her Advanced Coaching Certificate from the Transformational Coaching Training Program at ITP in September of 2005. Additionally, she graduated with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University in December of 2005. She graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from National University in 2001 and was on the National Dean's List.

Tracy's corporate background is varied and has included work with many long-standing, worldwide and nationwide organizations of excellent reputation. Most recently, Tracy worked at Netflix, Inc. in Los Gatos, CA, where she honed her talent for specialized problem-solving and ran the company's corporate philanthropy program.



Tracy enjoys volunteering. In the past, this has included working with the SPCA in Santa Cruz as an Animal Assisted Therapist, and with other diverse organizations such as Second Harvest, Habitat for Humanity, Stanford Blood Bank, and O'Neill Sea Odyssey (an oceanographic learning program for disadvantaged children).

Tracy is a member in good standing of the American Psychological Association, CAMFT, the San Martin Horsemen's Association and CostCo. She pays all her bills on time and sends birthday cards promptly. She has a delightful sense of humor and we think you'll enjoy working with her immensely.
